How to make reservations for Transportation, Accommodation, and Breakfast
How to make reservations for accommodation, charter bus, and breakfast
Fee: 2,000 yen/performance
Talk shows, symposiums and observation of workshops are free; however, a reservation is required.
Theatre Olympics ticket office
(from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Take note of your “ticket reservation number” that you will receive once you make your reservation. You will need this number when booking your accommodation and buses.
Go to the page for the week of your preferred reservation.
Web reservations start on June 30.

Theatre Olympics tourism office

You will be asked to give the names of all members staying at the accommodation and/or boarding the bus service.
Payments for accommodation and breakfast can be made by credit card (online reservations only), convenience store payment, or by Japanease bank transfer. If the payment is not made in time, your reservations may be cancelled.
Payments for the charter bus service can be made in cash when boarding the bus.
Those making reservations online will receive a confirmation e-mail. Those making reservations over the phone will receive a confirmation letter by post. Be sure to verify the contents.
Please let us know if you would like to add/cancel/change any of your theatre tickets, accommodation, bus or breakfast reservations by phone or e-mail. A cancellation fee will occur if the accommodation reservation is cancelled within four days prior to the check-in date.
TOUR PLAN：Theatre and Hot Spring Inn Package Tour (Weekends only)
We are planning a package tour which includes a round-trip bus ride between Toyama Station and Toga, theatre tickets, and accommodation (one night with breakfast). You will be able to see the performance at Toga Open Air Theatre and the performance at Toga Grand Theatre. This tour enables an easy reservation process for anyone visiting Toga for the first time.
＜Transport＞ Toyama Station roundtrip charter bus
* Toyama Station to Toga Art Park on Saturday and Toga Art Park to Toyama Station on Sunday.
The tour ends at the station.
＜Accommodation＞ Gokasan-so, bed & breakfast
* Western-style twin rooms only. Two people per room.
* A courtesy bus operates between your hotel and Toga Art Park and vice versa.
＜Show＞ Two tickets, one for the Open Air Theater and the other for the Toga Grand Theater, are included.
* The program is predetermined for each tour schedule and cannot be changed.
* Please reserve a ticket separately if you wish to attend a symposium or another show.
